THE HASSENFELD FAMILY FOUNDATION, “CORAZONES GUERREROS” NATALIA DENEGRI AND MEGATV CONTINUE TO SUPPORT HUMANITARIAN RELIEF NEEDS
GROUP TO DIRECTLY JOIN EFFORT TO AID STORM VICTIMS ON THE GROUND FOR A SECOND TIME WITH “OPERATION POTATO HEAD BY CG”
Effective immediately, The Hassenfeld Family Foundation, “Corazones Guerreros” host Natalia Denegri and Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (SBS) (OTCQX: SBSAA) – MegaTV will expand humanitarian aid and support after the devastating hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. The humanitarian mission scheduled for a second time to Puerto Rico will depart on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 10:00 am(EST) to 7:00pm (EST). The traveling group brings substantial amount of medications, canned food, water, clothing, Hasbro toys, and the cooperation of healthcare professionals who will be providing support in the Island.
The humanitarian mission, named “Operation Potato Head by CG,” will bring back to Miami 150 Puerto Ricans who will go directly to local hospitals with their families. The mission also aims to bring 500 Hasbro toys for the children of the Hospital San Jorge and deliver medication to various hospitals and their patients in the Island. On this occasion in the flight “Operation Potato Head by CG” will travel specialized doctors, nurses, as well as personalities like Ellen Hassenfeld Block and Susan Block Casdin representing the Hassenfeld Family, Natalia Denegri and Oscar Haza representing MegaTV as well as other Hispanic media personalities representing Telemundo and Univision.
The Hassenfeld Family Foundation and “Corazones Guerreros” host Natalia Denegri has worked closely with the Puerto Rican government to assist those most in need. In addition, The Hassenfeld Family Foundation, and “Corazones Guerreros” host Natalia Denegri has help coordinate logistics support with partner agencies providing relief as well.
“Today, The Hassenfeld Family Foundation, and “Corazones Guerreros” are showing the world that now is the time to step up and support Puerto Rico as it begins to pick up the pieces left in Hurricane Maria’s wake. Through a multi-pronged relief and recovery effort spearheaded by The Hassenfeld Family Foundation, and “Corazones Guerreros”, our brothers and sisters will receive the medical supplies and assistance they so desperately need, along with food and water to keep them strong as they repair and rebuild. I encourage everyone in communities across the state, to do what they can and give what they can, as we support our neighbors through this difficult time”, stated Mr. Alan Hassenfeld, President of The Hassenfeld Family Foundation.

Natalia Denegri is a journalist and coproduces Corazones Guerreros with her company Trinitus Productions which airs Saturdays nationwide at 8 p.m. eastern/7 p.m. central on MegaTV. The show has had an uninterrupted run of five years.
